Booking Rules (Please Read Carefully)
This page exists to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smooth experience for both you and the salon. If you agree with the following rules, you are welcome to book.
1. English Support Policy
All English consultation and communication are handled directly by Yasu.
Important: Assistants and head spa therapists do not speak English.
2. Booking Method
Online booking only. Phone reservations are not accepted.
The booking system shows availability up to 7 days in advance.
If all slots are fully booked, no available times will be displayed.
Same-day and previous-day bookings are not accepted.
3. Services Not Offered
- No bleach and no vivid or fashion hair colors.
- We focus on healthy, natural, damage-minimized Japanese hair care.
4. Hair History & Realistic Expectations
For safe and professional results, an honest hair history is required (bleach, color, perm, straightening, home dye, etc.). If your hair condition is too fragile, the service may be adjusted or refused to prevent serious damage.
5. Late Arrival
- Please arrive on time.
- If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened or cancelled depending on the schedule.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% charge
- Same-day cancellation: 100% charge
- No-show: 100% charge
Late cancellations and no-shows directly affect availability for other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Respectful Communication
We provide a calm, professional environment. Aggressive behavior, price negotiation, or forcing unrealistic requests will not be accepted.
